Happy New Year from LYDF
As another year comes to a close I think it's common to take some time to reflect on the last year as we decide what we've done right, what we've done wrong and where we want to go from here. In doing so I've come up with a few things I want to share with you that I've learned over the last year....
- Always tell you're loved ones how you grateful you are for them
- Don't take any shit from anybody, ever
- Find something that makes you happy then do a lot of it
- High five often
- Party naked
- Ride fast, take chances

Black Dahlia Avenger
If you're at all into true crime stories you need to read this book. There's not a lot I can tell you about it without giving too much away except to say that the author (a retired LAPD homicide detective) solves the Black Dahlia and many more murders. Super super good.
Also, many thanks to Ben for borrowing me the book.

Today Was A Good Day
Got to hang out with my god daughter and her family, brought my lady gal with to meet them for the first time as well. We all had a blast and the girls really dug the hula hoops we brought them.
Temporary Girl Band Birthday Performance
The ever elusive TGB came out to kick off the "Never Change, Stay Cool, Best Wishes" Tour at Colleen's birthday party last night. Great times, excellent performance.

Two Many Banjos at the Local Blend
Two Many Banjos played a phenomenal show Friday night at the Local Blend in St. Joe.
She enjoyed a "Snow Day' which I hear is good and I nursed a glass of really good lemonade. The variety and quality of all the beverages at the Local Blend is unmatched in my opinion.

Max vs Rail
