Hello everyone!
Just wanted to say thanks in advance to everyone who is coming out Thursday, December 16th to see Setara & the Chubby Knuckles live in action at the Fine Line Music Cafe!! We are starting to do a lot of new stuff with performing and we happen to have some really fun new songs for you all to groove to! We have been doing some more studio recording which will be ready to preview soon!
Just want to give everyone a heads up that we are shooting to have our CD Release show for our self titled album which was 100% funded by Setara and the Chubby Knuckles. The date we are shooting for will be at the end of January or beginning of February. The CD release will be held at 7th Street Entry which is connected to 1st Ave. It will be a stellar show nonetheless.
February also will kick off our online voting for a $25,000 record deal and a Nice U.S. Tour. Shit is starting to get real. Setara and the knuckle heads will need your support 100 percent. Voting will take place at www.gorillaproductions.com. We have this opportunity from the Battle of the Bands that we won at the Rock Nightclub in Maplewood, MN. We need an army of people to win this online voting competition so we need to start gathering our people now! We can all be a part of making this happen and getting the word out, because when we make it, everyone is coming with us!
Thanks to Jon for starting to run the merch table for us at shows. Soon we will have CD's to sell, Shirts of the knuckles, live young die fast gear, stickers, and all kinds of other sweet items. Setara and the chubby knuckles will be taking donations at the Fine Line if anyone wants to help us out with getting our CD together a little sooner. Thanks guys!!
