Godspeed My Friend
Greg leaves tomorrow morning on his visionquest. Tonight we did what all manly friends do in a situation like this, went to Famous Dave's and hugged at the end.
Safe travels my friend, I look forward to hear about your trip when you get back. Enjoy this time.

Rednecks, Nightmares and Blue Ribbon Beer pt.2
Clint sent me some of his pictures from the ride last weekend. Here they are...

Rednecks, Nightmares and Blue Ribbon Beer
Last weekend we had another GREAT Nightmares ride to Tower. We had perfect weather the entire time, all the bikes ran great and no one fell down this time. It was a truly perfect weekend.
Grilling dinner like usual once we got there.
Post-dinner beers.
I don't care what anyone says, I like wearing that hat and I think I look good in it!
Clint's hair is so luxurious that sometimes he has to wear a headband to contain it all.

Finally
I'm so stoked that I get to leave Fargo today to head to StC so that I can embark on the 2nd annual Labor Day Tower Run with my fellow Nightmares. I won't be back until Monday and I promise to have some great pictures. We've got a lot of riding to do in a few short days, it's gonna be great. There's nothing better than spending a few days riding your mc with your best friends!

Labor Day
Had a pretty low key Labor Day this year. Five of us met up at Troy's place and went for a nice ride on some back roads to The Refuge for lunch. Haven't been there for a while, we used to eat there fairly often in the days of post-work night rides.
Dealt with a couple of blown headlights and one tail light before leaving town and two blown fuses and a renegade side cover before making it back. Good ride with good friends. I managed to take all of two pictures before my camera batteries died. Damn my battery charging skills....

Note the reflection on Greg's glasses. Also, the banner above Andy's head might as well be a thought bubble.
